Q. I have used some other products and they find my files after a quick format of a disk but when I recover there is nothing in the files. I just wonder if your software will work?
First you should make sure that you do not write, download or save anything to this partition.
Select the appropriate Disk Doctors Data Recovery software and install it on another machine and attach this drive as a secondary (Instructions: How to attach a secondary drive) and start the scan to recover data.
If you are able to get the data using the software check for the file sizes before recovery, some of our applications like Undelete and Digital Media Recovery will even allow you to preview files before recovery.
However you will need to buy the full version to save the recovered data.

Yes it really did work! My drive was "unreadable" by windows or anything eles I threw at it. The drive was good, but no data. This software brough back about 95% of a 500GB drive!

Thank you! It is nice to deal with professionals!
In spite of my PC being re-imaged, having several applications installed and being used daily for about a week, your product was able to recover most of my lost files!
