How can this problem be resolved?</title><link>http://www.diskdoctors.net/knowledgebase/article.aspx?id=10027</link><description>&lt;B&gt;Abstract:&lt;/B&gt; &lt;P&gt;Disk Doctors &lt;A href="http://www.diskdoctors.net/"&gt;Data Recovery Software&lt;/A&gt; relies on WMI classes offered by Windows, and this error is a result of unavailability of the service which is etiher not present on the local machine or has been disabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to services section of the OS (Start – Run – type services.msc and press ok) and check for &lt;FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #99dd99"&gt;Windows Management Instrumentation&lt;/FONT&gt; service, this is a default service and could be stopped or inactive due to any antivirus or firewall.
