If you get this error at the time of activation saying "No more keys for this Serial number available", this error also gets replicated in ddr.ckn file (%drive%/Program Files/Disk Doctors Product/).
This error usually occurs when you try installing software on two different machines or the disk where software was installed is crashed and you are trying another fresh installation. We provide help for you to activate and there is a simple procedure which needs to be followed.
Software can be activated through manual registration process, a detailed product tutorial is available on our support section which explains the steps to be followed (http://www.diskdoctors.net/ESD-Activation/ESD-Activation-mr.html) to activate the software, else select "help" menu and further select option "show site-code" once you see software authorization wizard, copy and then paste the site code in an email and send it to support@diskdoctors.net with a subject "Program Authorization".
So, once we receive the site code from you we would process and deliver the site key (unlock code) to you.
Note : It is mandatory for you to send your authorization request from the same email address which was used to get the delivery of product at the time of purchase, as we would deliver the keys only to the email address mentioned in your order profile.
