Upon successful purchase you receive an email containing a link to download full version of the software and a serial key (License code) to activate or unlock the software.
Before downloading and installing the full version of the software, please ensure that you have.
- All your save scan output file and related files created using the demo version are in place
- You have uninstalled the demo version to avoid any conflict or confusion.
Once you are sure of everything, download and install the full version of the software to a healthy drive or partition.
Please note: Do not download or install the software on the partition from where you are trying to recover your lost data.
Full version is similar to demo version, the full version needs to be activated before proceeding with recovery of your lost data.
There are two methods for activating or unlocking the software:
- Electronic Activation:
Use the License Code (serial key) that is provided along with the Order confirmation email, after purchase.
- Manual Activation:
Manual activation is required in two cases:
- When you are unable to activate the software electronically using the License Code, the failure could be due to many reasons such as local network or personal firewall blocking the access.
- You do not have Internet connectivity.
In those cases, activation is possible manually using a Site Key. All manual activation takes at least 1 business day to process.
- Electronic Activation: Activating the Software Electronically using the License Code (Serial Key)
Once the order gets confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email containing a Download link (Full version download) and a License Code to activate the software.

- Manual Activation: An alternate way to activate the software if the License Code provided along with the confirmation mail does not work.
The mechanism is entirely user friendly. It allows the user to activate the software manually when electronic activation is not working.

The procedure explained in the product tutorial demonstrates that you need to send a valid site code to support@diskdoctors.net to request an unlock code. Please make sure that you include your order details along with the manual request for expediting the delivery of an unlock code from our side.
Note: Please make sure that you send us the Authorization Request using the same email address that you used while purchasing the software.
