When you receive this error

NT DRIVER ERRCODE: -202

F=EXP_AUTH_ERR E=-7 AUTHORIZATION BAD SITEKEY CRC

First: You need to uninstall the CrypKey License service. To uninstall the license service you must go to a DOS prompt to your application directory and run setupex.exe /U. This will uninstall the drivers.

Second: Then go to your application directory and delete the *.rst, *.ent, *.key and the *.41s. Also go into the Windows/system32 directory and delete the esnecil.ind file.

Once you have finished doing both of these steps, reboot the machine.

When the reboot has finished download 202.zip from the link mentioned below and unzip the attached file into the application dir, then run setupex.exe out of the application directory.

http://www.diskdoctors.net/support/res/202.zip

Reboot the machine again, then reactivate the application.

Crypkey License Services can be accessed by services console, Click start menu and select run and type services.msc to open services console. The crypkey service and started and stopped using this service.

Note : The software can only execute if Crypkey service is running, also your application directory would be %systemdrive% / Program Files / Disk Doctors <Product Name>
