Once you install the software, you can check for this file and it's contents in %system drive%/Program Files/Disk Doctors (Product Name)/
The file is created with the name of ddr.ckn, go to Start menu and in run option type “notepad” and press ok, then open the ddr.ckn file using notepad, the content displayed would be shown as displayed below:

You would see that it is clearly mentioned that “if support is required, please send this to your Software Manufacturer”
DDR.CKN is a log file to record all activity when licensing of Disk Doctors application is initiated, you would see an error as an example when you try to run the software and close the application without activating the software.
