Disk Doctor’s provide evaluation versions of all the products which give our potential customers first hand experience to try and test our product before purchasing. These evaluation versions of our products give you a fair idea on chances of the results that the full version might deliver. We suggest that you test, evaluate and get a complete understanding of our product capability using the evaluation / demo version.

Any online purchases of the product or upon you receiving your order receipt of the product, you can immediately download the licensed version of that particular product and an email containing the serial key to activate this license version is sent automatically to the email address of your account registered with www.diskdoctors.net .

We can’t keep track of installations, un-installations, removing or deleting downloadable software on customer PC and therefore we don’t issue refunds for downloadable products, even in the case of boxed products, always a downloadable version and a key is delivered prior to the physical shipment of the boxed software, hence no refunds are provided for buying boxed versions too.
