System Requirements

Disk Doctor's Photo Recovery (Win) is compatible with:

  1. Windows 7 (32 bit and 64 bit)
  2. Windows XP Professional and Home Edition (32 bit and 64 bit)
  3. Windows Vista (32 bit and 64 bit)
  4. Windows Server 2003 (32 bit and 64 bit)
  5. Windows Server 2008 (32 bit and 64 bit)

At least 1GB MB of RAM (2 GB recommended) and enough free disk space for installation, recovered files etc. Minimum of 1024 x 786 screen resolution for better usability. A graphics adapter card with at least 64 MB of memory

Administrative Privileges
In order to install Disk Doctors Photo Recovery (Win), it is mandatory for you to have administrative privileges on Windows or you must login as a local system administrator.

Note: Never install Disk Doctors Photo Recovery (Win) on the drive / partition from which you want to recover data, also never save any data on the same drive from which you are recovering data.

Install Disk Doctors Photo Recovery (Win) to any another computer, which is healthy system and has the best of hardware components, then attach the drive you want to recover as a slave to this machine and then proceed ahead recovering the data.
