System Requirements

  1. An Intel PC running Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 / 2008.
  2. At least 64 MB of RAM
  3. Free disk space to install the software and to restore recovered *.pst file.
  4. Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or later.
  5. Microsoft Outlook 2000 or later installed to save recovered data as *.pst.

In order to install Disk Doctors Outlook Mail Recovery, it is mandatory for you to be a member of the local administrator group or possess an equivalent level of rights.

To recover a .pst file, please make sure that the host OS must have the same version of Microsoft Outlook installed. For e.g to recover emails from a .pst file created in the Microsoft Outlook 2000, you must have the Microsoft Outlook 2000 installed in the host OS.
