I need to delete a file so it can never be restored, but I don't want to erase the whole hard drive to do it. What do you recommend?
A full drive erasure would certainly do the trick, but it’s not a good idea for getting rid of just one file or folder. A typical emptying of the recycle bin will only remove its connection to the main directory.
The only reason the data is still there is because the computer hasn’t written new data over those areas yet. Choose between one of nine standards of shredding to ensure that file retrieval is impossible.
File Shredder overwrites those specific data blocks that hold your data. In addition, it also has a feature that lets you shred free space.

Yep, I used our scanpst.exe as well as 4 other utilities. Yours was the only one that showed me it could recover messages.

Yes it really did work! My drive was "unreadable" by windows or anything else I threw at it. The drive was good, but no data. This software brought back about 95% of a 500GB drive!

Thank you! It is nice to deal with professionals!
In spite of my PC being re-imaged, having several applications installed and being used daily for about a week, your product was able to recover most of my lost files!
